Career Access & Mobility Initiative
About the Career Access & Mobility Initiative (CAMI)
Launched in the fall 2022 semester, the Career Access & Mobility Initiative (CAMI) was created to improve access to career information, resources and experiences for undergraduate students from historically marginalized, first-generation and limited-income populations. CAMI offers students the opportunity to take charge of their career readiness and development, all while navigating the intersectionality of their own cultural identity amongst a community of peers with shared career aspirations.
CAMI seeks to remove barriers to ensure that students with limited social capital may fully participate in impactful career opportunities and thrive professionally during their time at UD and beyond.

For Students
Cultural Identity-Based Career Coaching in Handshake
Cultural identity-based career coaching is available through Handshake for students who seek to design their career while embracing their unique cultural identity. These appointments are structured in a way that provides students with navigational career tools that support the unique challenges faced by students from underrepresented, first-generation and limited-income backgrounds.
