The University of Delaware performs ongoing screening of all suppliers and payees, for debarment and other sanction status identification.  UD cannot conduct business with, or make payment to, any individual or entity appearing in any such domestic or foreign database.  UD also reserves the right to revoke "approved" status and terminate any and all contracts and transactions with an entity without further cause or penalty, should their sanction status change after initial onboarding and engagement.

Suppliers must also agree to comply with any other federal, state and institutional eligibility requirements related to their engagement.  This includes the submission of accurate and verifiable tax and transaction support documentation as requested, as well as utilizing online UD supplier registration systems and portals, when available.  Failure or refusal to do so will affect UD's ability to engage with an entity for business purposes.
