  • I recognize that if I take the ARP_HEERF funds as a refund, the grant will be removed from (and the refund will appear as a charge on) my student account and that my account will revert to its original balance.
  • I understand I am not obligated to take advantage of the ARP_HEERF funding and that it will be removed from my student account if I do not elect to keep the funds on my student account or have them refunded to me.
  • I understand I must affirmatively inform the University of my decision to either keep the funds on my account or request a refund.  I further understand that my taking no action will result in the loss of the ARP_HEERF Grant assistance.
