Become an Apartment Assistant
Thank you for your interest in the Apartment Assistant (AA) Position! AAs are administrative staff members who support the maintenance and safety of the University Courtyard Apartments. AAs are responsible for mail and packages, informing students about hall regulations and policies, serving in the on-call rotation, assisting with check-ins and check-outs and performing facility checks.
Responsibilities
AAs will be on call from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., and work a minimum of eight hours a week in the Clubhouse to handle mail, residents' issues, administrative responsibilities, etc. AAs together will do about 2–3 community-wide events each semester while continuing to support residents as needed.
The 2026-2027 Resident Assistant Application is Open!
Application Closes Friday, December 12 at 11:59 p.m.

Attend an Information Session
The AA role is rewarding, but also unlike most other on-campus employment. Information sessions, while not required, are highly recommended because they provide an understanding of the AA role. These sessions can help you ensure the expectations are a good fit for your academic, personal and lifestyle needs.
Information sessions will review both the RA and AA positions.
