Stellic Timeline

 

Overview of the different phases of Stellic Implementation at the University of Delaware.

Phase 1: System Configuration and Implementation

2023-2024: UD administrators partner closely with Stellic to configure the UD Stellic instance including mapping over all UD course and student data, system testing, and degree audit coding.

 

Phase 2: System Alpha / Limited Campus Access

August 2024: A select population of UD students/advisors utilize Stellic for advising and degree management to help initially test the system and provide feedback to UD administrators and Stellic.

 

Phase 3: System Go-Live / Full Campus Access

December 2024: Applicable UD faculty and staff are invited to Stellic training sessions as they begin to learn the system. Full access to Stellic is granted to students and applicable faculty and staff in late December. 

 

Phase 4: Initial System Utilization

January-May 2025: UD students and applicable faculty and staff utilize Stellic for advising and degree management. Throughout this initial semester, UD system administrators will be collecting feedback, triaging questions, and conducting subsequent training to further enhance the user experience within Stellic.   

 

Phase 5: System Expansion and New Feature Considerations

June 2025-Beyond: UD system administrators continue to further partner with Stellic to explore system expansions and new feature capabilities such as Scheduler, Pathways, and Workflows. Stay tuned!
