How will my participation be recognized? All participants who successfully complete the requirements will receive a certificate from the Women’s Leadership Initiative at UD.
If I am not selected to participate through UD’s Human Resources, can the registration fees be covered by another source, such as myself or my department? If you are not selected through the UD partnership, you are encouraged to contact the womensleadership@udel.edu if you have an alternative source to cover the registration fees.
What are the benefits and outcomes of participating in this program? Many participants share that they 1) have clarity of their leadership vision; 2) gain new awareness of their strengths and weaknesses; 3) cultivate meaningful connections and expand their professional network; and 4) discover tools for practicing inclusive leadership and embracing diversity.
