Clothing Coop
The Clothing Coop, offered through Student Diversity & Inclusion, provides access to free professional attire and gender-affirming clothing, items and accessories for all UD students.
Each student, regardless of gender identity, gender expression and financial situation, should feel proud and confident in all aspects of their day-to-day and professional lives.
Appointments are scheduled in 25-minute increments. If you cannot attend during scheduled appointment hours, please email studentdiversity@udel.edu and we can attempt to find an alternate visit time. Drop-in hours are not available at this time.

There is no charge for any of the items. To ensure a level of equity, we are asking that folks take up to four items each visit to the closet. That means that if you schedule an appointment two times in one semester, you can receive up to eight items from the Coop!
Yes! The Coop is a gender-affirming space and we welcome anyone looking for free career clothes. We have various types of blouses, slacks, blazers, shoes and many more items from which you can choose.
We are currently accepting only one bag or box of donations per person. You may drop off your donation bag or box to the Center for Intercultural Engagement (Perkins Room 261).
We collect lightly used professional clothing. These can include blouses, collared shirts, slacks, blazers, skirts, shoes, and more.
Specific size needs include sizes XS/S/M for masc-presenting clothing, and XS/L/XL/XXL for femme-presenting clothing.
We stock transtape/t-tape, tucking kits, binders, makeup and jewelry. Additionally, we have created a size-conversion sheet so that our students may walk in, know their size in clothing of any gender and take whichever item most affirms them.
