Apartment Assistants (AAs) are administrative student staff members who support the maintenance and safety of the University Courtyard Apartments. AAs are responsible for tasks such as mail and packages, informing students about hall regulations and policies, serving in the on-call rotation, assisting with check-ins and check-outs and performing facility checks.

Our department has a team of nearly 200 undergraduate Resident Assistants (RAs) who work together to support their peers within the residence halls and help all of us at RLH create amazing in-hall experiences! Our RAs are committed to actively engaging their students within their communities and enhancing students' sense of belonging during their time living on-campus. 

Resident Assistant Position

Summer Housing Assistants (SHA) support summer housing operations including staffing hospitality desk and room readiness functions in residence halls. Residence Hall Coordinators play a key role in creating engaging and dynamic experiences within each of our 15 residential communities. RHC's provide opportunities for students to learn and grow through building and floor level initiatives, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of between 300 and 800 students.

The Summer Housing Managers are supervisory positions responsible for coordinating summer housing needs for on-campus programs and guests. The Summer Housing Managers are involved in summer housing planning to ensure everything runs smoothly.
