Spring Break Application Open February 24–March 20
While our apartment-style residence halls stay open, traditional and suite-style residence halls close for Spring Break at 7pm on March 21 and reopen at noon on March 30. Apartment residents will keep access to their unit during the break and don't need to vacate or complete a break application. All other students must vacate their hall by the posted closing time. Those who need a late stay or need to stay on campus for any portion of the break must complete a Spring Break application in the My Housing Portal between February 24 and March 20 at 5pm. The housing application for newly admitted first year students for Fall 2025 is open! The application can be found at the My Housing Portal and students are encouraged to apply by the priority deadline on May 15, 2025 at 5 p.m. While the application will remain open after May 15, students will not be able to indicate room type interests, request roommates, or apply to an LLC.
Eligible students seeking a housing exemption to live off campus must complete a First Year Exemption Request in the My Housing Portal by May 15 instead of a housing application.

The returning student application for next year's on-campus housing closed on February 28 at 5pm. Students who applied by the deadline will receive emails in March regarding whether or not they are guaranteed housing and next steps in the assignment process. We are not accepting additional applications at this time. We will open a late, non-guaranteed application later in the spring or early summer for eligible students who missed the deadline to apply, but our ability to offer housing will depend on space availability. Check back with our office or visit the housing portal later in the semester for updates.
On-campus housing is not required or guaranteed for incoming transfer students not admitted as freshmen, but we are optimistic about our ability to house many of those who wish to live on campus. Transfer students who want to live on campus are encouraged to apply for housing once the application is opens in May. Housing for transfer students is expected to be available primarily in traditional and suite-style housing with limited or no availability in apartments.
