All students who apply by the January 15 deadline are automatically considered for funding.

The School of Music offers competitive Graduate Assistantships, Teaching Assistantships and Tuition Scholarships to qualified full-time graduate students.

Admission is selective and competitive based on the number of well-qualified applicants and the limits of available faculty and facilities. The prospective student is expected to have an undergraduate degree in music or its equivalent from an accredited college or university.
