Our college depends strongly on alumni and friends to augment state funding and support from research contracts and grants. Gifts from individuals, businesses, and foundations empower us to provide our students with the finest education possible. You can designate your gift to the college, to the department or school of your choice, or to special funds dedicated to providing students with field experience.

Department of Earth Sciences
You can support the department’s varied offerings, from hands-on labs in Newark to local field trips throughout Delaware.
Department of Geography & Spatial Sciences
You can help provide outreach about geography by supporting the department in efforts like Geography Awareness Week, GIS Day and undergraduate mapathons. Understanding how place interacts with environmental data and society allows students to gain a fuller context of whatever it is that interests them.
School of Marine Science & Policy
You can help the School pay for ship time for undergraduates and other expenses related to their educational offerings. Day trips on the R/V Joanne Daiber are a highlight for undergraduates studying marine biology or oceanography and enable true hands-on learning.
