New List

I have created a NEW mailing list that will get alot of the technical
chatter off of the Deltoids List.  I would like to do the following:

The deltoids@mcws.net mailing list is to be used only for Delta
Communcations.  IE informing people of stuff available.

The rsts@mcws.net mailing list is to be used only for Delta Technical
communications and Sim stuff.  Please use this for the majority of the
tech chatter that other people do not care about.
