Since you are the historian, I shall address my response to you. George's
responses have forced me to remember times which I so enjoyed.  My "kids" were
great! But you have accumulated a list of questions about computing & Delta
that only I can answer. I will offer you input & responses daily(?)  over the
next week that will help you write your 1st chapter.  The state of Delaware
was always respected in Educational computing when I was in attendance at
professional meetings.  After I went to Lincoln, I joined the "Pitt, Penn
state, Temple & Lincoln"  group which I was proud to represent. I never asked
about Delaware.
