Celebrate Earth Fest with Dining Services on Earth Day

Celebrate sustainability with food, fun and eco-friendly activities

Mark your calendars for an exciting Earth Day Fest celebration hosted by Dining Services on Tuesday, April 22, outside of Russell Dining Hall. Join us as we honor Earth Day with a day filled with delicious food, sustainability-focused activities and fun for everyone. Whether you’re a foodie, a sustainability enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable way to celebrate, Earth Fest has something for everyone.

Enjoy three chef inspired farm-to-fork entrées crafted from locally sourced ingredients and build your own charcuterie board with local meats and cheeses. Enjoy a variety of delicious food while spending time at the petting zoo, listening to live music and participating in fun games. Dive into sustainability-focused activities, including making your own coffee lip scrub, plant your own herb and learn about Dining Services’ sustainable initiatives like reducing food waste and sourcing responsibly.

The event will be held outside at Russell Dining Hall, which will be closed for regular service that day to host Earth Fest. Admission costs just the price of a meal swipe or $15.15 at the door.

Earth Fest is a chance to connect, celebrate and learn how we can all contribute to a more sustainable future. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy great food, fun activities and meaningful discussions about making a positive impact on our planet.
