The Facilities, Real Estate and Auxiliary Services (FREAS) unit has upgraded its Facilities Notification System (FNS).

Among the many system enhancements are improvements to its email notices and the online current outages report, which will provide the campus community with better information in an easier-to-read format.

You can create or update your free enrollment to the Facilities Notification System (FNS) online.  If you have questions about FNS, email facilitiesnotificationsystem@udel.edu or fixit @udel.edu.

To report routine, nonurgent maintenance issues, use the online Fixit form or email the pertinent information to fixit@udel.edu. For urgent and emergency maintenance requests, please call 302-831-1141 around the clock, 24/7/365.
