As part of the University of Delaware’s new HERstories: Celebrating Women’s Impact event series, the campus community is invited to Grace Under Pressure—a compelling panel discussion highlighting women who have led with strength and resilience in the face of adversity. The event will take place Thursday, May 1, from 5–7 p.m. in the Lerner Atrium.

Sponsored in partnership with the Delaware Office of Women’s Advancement and Advocacy and UD’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, Grace Under Pressure explores the contributions and leadership journeys of women across sectors. The panel will feature accomplished leaders sharing personal insights on navigating high-stakes challenges, building community and driving positive change.

This event is part of the Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame: Lessons in Leadership programming, which complements the broader HERstories series. HERstories offers a platform to recognize women's impact, foster dialogue and inspire future leaders through storytelling, conversation and community engagement.
