Online courses start monthly for three popular professional development courses
Any month is the right month for busy business professionals to begin boosting their careers with an online, on-demand certificate course offered by the University of Delaware Division of Professional and Continuing Studies (UD PCS).
New classes begin monthly for three popular professional development courses designed to help working professionals keep pace in key business areas: Sales Operations, Business Analytics and Sales Development Science. All are taught by leading industry experts and reward successful participants with certificates of completion.
The three courses are offered in partnership with GreenFig, a leading provider of professional development instruction:
Sales Operations Science Certificate: Designed to boost sales ops knowledge and broaden skill sets, this course will help “future-proof” your career. Students will enhance their familiarity with such tools as Salesforce and Trailhead, and gain insights into such topics as sales performance management, go-to-market strategy and other frameworks that drive sales efficiency.
Business Analytics Professional Certificate: This 10-week course delivers hands-on learning experience in data and analytics. Topics include data modeling, basics of SQL, data visualization fundamentals, and even artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Sales Development Science Certificate: Enjoy flexible online learning with optional roundtables in this 10-week course, which aims to give participants the strategic know-how, credentials and real-world experience needed to increase sales productivity and revenue.
