Spring program begins Feb. 26

The University of Delaware’s Chirpy Wellbeing Challenge begins on Monday, Feb. 26. Human Resources invites you to join us for this new program by registering on our Chirpy site. We hope you consider signing up, joining a team, and inviting your household members.

What is Chirpy?

It’s a program to boost energy and increase optimism. With an emphasis on physical activity, meditation and gratitude practice, Chirpy uses a whimsical songbird theme to experience progress and make your wellbeing fly. The goal is simple: accumulate “Chirps” for tracking wellbeing activities across four weeks, either on your own or as part of a team of 4-10 people.

Why participate? Joining the Chirpy Challenge connects you with a community of UD participants through the Chirpy app and its “Wellness Wall” message board, where you can share tips, photos and inspiration to move more this spring. Even small increases in activity levels and mindful minutes can improve physical and mental health.

Who can participate? Participation is open to all faculty, staff, retirees and household members aged 13 and over at no cost (and no wellness dollars required.) Tracking starts on Feb. 26 and registration closes on Wednesday, March 6.
