Members of the University of Delaware community are invited to submit a fundraising project idea for I Heart UD Giving Day, UD’s largest day of giving, which will take place May 3, 2023. The application can be found at udel.edu/iheartud.

Fundraising ideas can include research projects, service opportunities, support for a student program or initiative or other UD cause close to your heart. Approved fundraising projects will be posted to the I Heart UD Giving Day crowdfunding page.

Past Projects

If you would like to reinstate a past crowdfunding project, please indicate that you would like to “clone” the past project on your application. You must also confirm the UD purpose code or internal account code prior to submitting your application — it will not be approved if this information is missing.

Special Early Bird Opportunity

Any fundraising project to apply, make all content updates and submit their fundraising page for final approval by March 12, 2023, will be eligible for an exclusive fundraising challenge on I Heart UD Giving Day.

Virtual Training Session

A virtual training session, “Maximizing I Heart UD Giving Day,” will be held on April 7, 2023. Details and a registration link will be sent to all project leads after applications have been submitted and approved.
