The University of Delaware 2023 Benefits Open Enrollment period is underway through May 17.

During this time, benefit-eligible employees may review or change their benefits online, including adding or removing dependents, changing coverage for health, dental or vision insurance, or changing to a different level of disability and/or life insurance.

Drop-in Virtual Q & A Sessions

Representatives from the Human Resources Benefits Team will present information regarding the 2023 Annual Open Enrollment including upcoming benefits changes. In addition, Talent & Organizational Development will present the Employee Experience. Zoom sessions are scheduled for the following dates and times: May 2 and May 5 from 10-11 a.m., and May 9 and May 16 from 1-2 p.m.
