The Barnes and Noble University of Delaware Bookstore has announced its 2022 holiday hours, as well as a Faculty and Staff Appreciation sale scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 21.

The Faculty and Staff Appreciation sale, hosted by the bookstore and UDairy Creamery Café, will feature several promotions available in store only. All general reading books and UD gifts and gear will be 20% off. Feeling festive? Wear a holiday sweater to receive 25% off UD clearance items. In addition, there will be UDairy cheese sampling and a hot chocolate bar, as well as a self-service gift-wrapping station.

Discounts will be valid in-store only and cannot be combined with any other offers. Apple products are not included in this sale. Shoppers must present a valid faculty/staff UDID at the time of purchase.

2022 holiday hours for the bookstore are

• Friday and Saturday, Dec. 9-10, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Sunday, Dec. 11, noon-6 p.m.
• Monday through Saturday, Dec. 12-17, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Sunday, Dec. 18, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Monday, Dec. 19, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (early closing for a store holiday event)
• Tuesday through Friday, Dec. 20-23, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 24, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Sunday and Monday, Dec. 25-26, closed
• Tuesday through Friday, Dec. 27-30, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 31, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Sunday, Jan. 1, closed
• Monday, Jan. 2, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

The UDairy Creamery Café will be open the same hours through Friday, Dec. 23, and then will be closed from Saturday through Monday, Dec. 24-Jan. 2. The café will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 3
