University of Delaware President Dennis Assanis will present a virtual town hall from 3-4:30 p.m., Thursday, March 18, to update the campus community on UD’s progress and promise.

After a year of a global pandemic that has highlighted the Blue Hen community’s resilience and coming together through challenge, Assanis said he looks forward to expressing his gratitude to the community for everyone’s contributions during this time.

In anticipation of a spring 2021 season as a time of hope and renewal, Assanis will share insights on the progress of the University, as well as his optimism for the upcoming fall semester, as faculty, staff and students prepare for a robust UD experience.

The event, which will be broadcast on UDLive, will include a question-and-answer period moderated by Provost Robin Morgan. Questions for Assanis may be submitted by noon, Wednesday, March 17, using this form.
