The University of Delaware Department of Human Resources is excited to announce the Hen High Five, an addition to the University's existing employee recognition program. The Hen High Five allows employees to recognize co-workers, including individuals or teams, by showing appreciation for their contributions. Each month the Hen High Five recipients will be entered into a drawing for a prize.

The Hen High Five criteria guidelines and submission form can be found on the Human Resources Recognition and Services webpage. Simply complete the form with the required information and the Human Resources staff will send the Hen High Five to your colleague in an email.
