


Free Employee Health and Wellbeing classes

University of Delaware Employee Health and Wellbeing is offering more than 30 free fitness classes for employees, retirees and their spouses through Friday, Feb. 15. Get your body moving and kick off the spring semester by trying classes like BODYPUMP, yoga or cycle that are being offered in at times times and locations across campus to fit your schedule. No membership is required for this week of classes, but participants must register within 24 hours before the start of class through the Recreation Portal. Spots are limited.
