This semester, the Paul Wise Executive in Residence Speaker Series will invite leading professionals in the hospitality industry to the University of Delaware campus.

All events, hosted by UD’s Department of Hospitality Business Management, will be held in 115 Purnell Hall, and are open to all UD faculty, staff and students.

• Thursday, Oct. 27: Steve Giardini, national director of operations of Aramark and UD alumnus, Class of 2004, and Paul Altero, entrepreneur, owner of Bubbakoo’s Burritos and UD alumnus, Class of 1996, 3:30 p.m.

• Thursday, Nov. 3: Melinda Kendall, senior vice president of Freeman Expositions Marketing, 3:30 p.m.

• Thursday, Nov. 10: Bill Nevruz, managing partner of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, 3:30 p.m.

• Thursday, Nov. 17: Paula Kelly, general manager of Vicmead Hunt Club and UD alumna, Class of 1992, 2 p.m.

• Tuesday, Nov. 29: Anthony Wedo, chairman, president and CEO of Premier Restaurant Group LLC, 2 p.m.
