On Nov. 22, a federal judge ordered a preliminary injunction, which delays the implementation of the new Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) minimum salary level, originally scheduled to take effect Dec. 1. 2016.

However, the University of Delaware will proceed as planned to implement changes Dec. 1 as per original requirements set forth in May of this year. 

The University will continue to remain abreast of the changes and provide updates as necessary.
