As summer progresses, University of Delaware Parking Services has scheduled joint and sealant repairs for the Perkins Student Center garage, the Trabant University Center garage and the Roselle Center for the Arts garage.

Portions of the top floor and the floor below the work areas will be closed during the repairs. Traffic flow and parking areas will be adjusted or closed as needed to accomplish the work.

All other parking areas will be available. Drivers should use caution when utilizing the facilities.

Parking Services should be contacted about any scheduled events using the garages at parking@udel.edu.

Perkins Student Center garage work will begin in late June, Trabant University Center garage work will begin after New Student Orientation, and the Roselle Center for the Arts garage will be completed in July or August.
