About Smyth
- Smyth rooms are traditional style with shared bathrooms on the floors.
- The building does not have air conditioning or elevators, but the building is wheelchair accessible on the lower level.
- There are lounges on the first floor and lower level.
- Kitchen and laundry are located on the first floor.
- Each room includes a bed (twin, extra long), built-in closet and writing table with chair for each student.
- Smyth beds are adjustable. The lowest setting leaves 6” of space under the bed; if adjusted to the highest setting there will be 30” under the bed.
- Rooms have windows that measure 36” x 60” with shades.
