Therapy Approach
My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from constructive, person-centered and existential theories. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel seen and heard where we can collaboratively address their presenting concerns and work toward their identified goals.
Supervision Approach
My approach to supervision is developmental and strength based. My goal is to work collaboratively with supervisees to help increase their feelings of competence and confidence in their practice. I work to promote self-awareness and self-care to promote ethical practice.
