Therapy Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered. I believe each person is unique and has needs that can be addressed by multiple therapeutic interventions and processes. I offer an empathetic, but direct approach to reaching a client's identified goals.
Supervision Approach
My approach to supervision is developmental, collaborative and relational. As a supervisor, I strive to create a safe space that encourages growth in clinical skills and is a balance between being supportive and challenging. My main goal is to ensure that supervisees feel supported and encouraged during their intern process.
