We are excited to announce the launch of our new Staff Excellence Award Program, which will be executed and managed by our Human Resources team. This program is designed to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of our staff members who exemplify the values and mission of UD.

At UD, we believe that recognition is important because it helps to create a positive employee experience and fosters a culture of appreciation and engagement. Our staff members are an integral part of our community, and we want to ensure that they feel connected to our mission and values.

The Staff Excellence Award Program will consist of three individual awards, each with a monetary prize of $2,000, and one Distinguished Team Excellence Award with a monetary prize of $4,000 in the fall and spring. We are also launching a Hen High Five monthly raffle, where anyone who is given a Hen High Five will receive one raffle chance per month, with a prize of $100.

We encourage all members of our community to nominate their colleagues for these awards and to help us recognize the outstanding contributions of our staff members. All of the staff excellence award winners will be honored with a luncheon each Spring, location and date to be determined.
