- Has over two decades experience with research and policy work on homelessness, affordable housing and eviction.
- Can comment on challenging situations that localities face related to homelessness (encampments, need for services, NIMBY, etc); difficulties that specific populations face in obtaining and retaining housing (veterans, people exiting incarceration, people with psychiatric disabilities, etc.); and impact of COVID-19 on homelessness and eviction.
- Has worked on issues related to homelessness and housing nationwide, with extensive familiarity with these issues in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia.
