- Work focuses on public budgeting and finance, including: fiscal transparency, public sector decision making, public sector accountability, infrastructure planning, business-improvement districts, municipal bonds and local economic development.
- Current research examines governments' financial health and fiscal transparency.
- Experience includes years spent coordinating economic development projects in Brooklyn, N.Y., Jersey City, N.J., and Long Island City, N.Y. Within Delaware, Justice has partnered with the town of Middletown, Historic New Castle Alliance and Greater Brandywine Village Revitalization, Inc.
- Teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in financial management, economic development, and policy analysis
