- Can authoritatively discuss strategic planning, assessment, survey design and survey implementation. As director of UD's Office of Institutional Research, Kelly spearheads data collection and analysis for various national surveys collected from colleges and universities.
- Writing a chapter on measuring and evaluating faculty workload for the "Handbook for Institutional Research," set for publication in August, 2012.
