- Works with families of students who have severe/profound/multiple disabilities and students with autism spectrum disorders.
- Can discuss a variety of issues in special education, school climate, toilet training students with autism, epilepsy detection and first aid.
- Works with individuals with disabilities conducting behavior assessments and analyses. Allison works to foster behavior change and create meaningful educational opportunities for these students.
- Edited several chapters of textbooks on special education.
