Blue Hen Veterans

 

Blue Hen Veterans (BHV) is the official Student Veterans of America chapter at UD. BHV seeks to connect veterans of the Armed Forces Reserve, Armed Forces Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) and their family members and dependents from all branches of military service.

Find BHV on Student Central or visit the organization in Trabant 157 (next to the University Package Center).

You can find the Veteran and Military Connected Student Lounge in Trabant 157. We have snacks, coffee and study space for you to enjoy and we host several events here throughout the year. 

If you're using benefits on campus, you should have swipe card access and you may utilize the space whenever Trabant is open. If you do not have swipe card access and want to use it, please email us at vabenefits@udel.edu to request access.

With dedicated programming for veteran and military-connected students, UD Welcome Days offer opportunities for new students and their families to enjoy games and activities, food, tours, football and more, as well as keystone events like the Twilight Induction Ceremony and the Involvement Fair.
