Therapy Approach
My approach to therapy comes from constructivist and narrative therapy. What the heck does that actually mean? Within the therapy relationship we will gain an understanding of how you got to where you are today, define what feels ‘off’ that brought you into therapy and explore where you'd love for your life to go in the future. The understanding of your past and present will inform the future focus. We will start from your strengths to find solutions and work to reshape the story you are living.
Supervision Approach
My supervision approach is developmental and guided by the supervisees’ goals. I'm a highly curious, supportive and collaborative. My main goal as a supervisor is that after working with me, clinicians will have a greater sense of who they are as a therapist, own their approach in the room and have developed a deep trust in their therapeutic instincts. I currently only supervise members of the sport psychology team.
