Coordinator, Gift Administration and Data Management
Pay Grade: 28E
Location: Newark/Hybrid
Under the general direction of DAR’s Senior Director of Gift Administration and Data Management, the Gift Coordinator focuses on cash management, leads office administrative duties, and expedites responses to donors and colleagues in the department and university. The Gift Coordinator works with colleagues to strengthen processes and facilitate change in an orderly way. The team supports periodic audits of the University for all gifts, pledges, and payments as requested by the internal and external auditors.
Senior Director, Development (Athletics) /Senior Associate Athletics Director, Development
Pay Grade: 33S
Location: Newark/Hybrid
Under the limited direction of the Deputy AD, External Relations and Revenue Generation, the Senior Director of Development is responsible for all aspects of major gift fundraising supporting the Department of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation (DACCR). The Senior Director is also accountable to the Director of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation for establishing DACCR fundraising goals. Working closely with Development Leadership, the Athletics Director, Head Coaches, and development colleagues, the Senior Director works on developing, planning, and implementing the Athletics department's overall fundraising efforts from all sources to support current operations, endowment, capital, and other purposes. The Senior Director manages frontline fundraisers, inspiring cross-functional teamwork and collaboration to drive achievement and close gifts.
