The Office of the University Registrar, a part of the Enrollment Management Team reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, manages information systems, maintains students' academic records, and provides educational support services for the University community. For Upcoming Graduates - Important Grades/Diploma Information

Please Note: Having a declared expected graduation term does not confirm completion of degree requirements. The Graduate College confirms completion of degree requirements for graduate students and individual colleges confirm completion of degree requirements for undergraduate students. Once your degree completion is verified, please note the important dates in the degree clearance timeline (more info).

Enrollment verifications are available via student self-service in UDSIS.

Concerns regarding damaged or missing diplomas and questions regarding Latin honors should be emailed to degree-conferral@udel.edu. Please include your full name and UDID in your inquiry.

Questions regarding commencement should be sent to commencement@udel.edu. Questions regarding convocation ceremonies should be directed to the academic department where your major is housed.

If you do not meet the enrollment restrictions for a course (i.e., reserved seats or requisites), please contact the academic department directly. For any other issues, please contact grading-registration@udel.edu. Be sure to include your UDID, course information, and a screenshot or text of errors received (if applicable).
