Pre-Departure Orientation for Fall 2025 Semester Programs

All students participating in UD Fall 2025 semester study abroad programs are required to attend this pre-departure orientation meeting. Be ready to get the most out of your study abroad experience by attending this meeting to learn more about UD’s international health insurance, important apps to download, UD resources for study abroad, important health and safety matters, and more.
Global Storytelling: Crafting Stories Through Social and Digital Media
Before you share your favorite #UDAbroad moments, attend this workshop on photography, videography and ethical storytelling best practices.
Then, tag @UDGlobal on Instagram using the #UDAbroad hashtag or submit your story to our blog or storytelling contest so we can help share your story.
Navigating Culture Shock and Identity Abroad
The Center for Global Programs and Services and Student Diversity and Inclusion invite you to an interactive workshop to help you prepare to study abroad. Together, we'll explore a variety of strategies that are helpful when experiencing culture shock and make the most of your time abroad.
