Swipe Out Hunger returns

Semesterly guest meal donation drive May 7 and 8

Blue Hens are invited to join in the fight against food insecurity on campus by participating in the University of Delaware's Swipe Out Hunger meal drive this semester.

Swipe Out Hunger, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to ending college hunger, has expanded to over 80 campuses throughout the United States, and within 14 years has been able to donate over 12.3 million meals to students in need. By participating in this meal drive, you are making a significant contribution to this mission.

By donating unused guest meal swipes, you can make a significant difference in the lives of fellow undergraduate and graduate students who are struggling to make ends meet.
On May 7 and 8, visit any dining hall on campus, including Caesar Rodney Fresh Food Company, Pencader Dining and Russell Dining, during lunch to contribute to this important cause. As a contributor, you can donate up to two guest meals from your meal plan.

Let's work together to fight food insecurity on campus and make a difference in the lives of our fellow Blue Hens!
