I have a hard copy of Digital At Work, snapshots from the first thirty-five 
years, Digital Press 1992. There's a PDF version at Gordon Bell's web page at 
http://research.microsoft.com/~gbell/Digital/DECMuseum.htm, but the pictures 
are not reproduced very well. 

Yes, I think it would be neat if there were a "coffee table" format book with 
lots of nice pictures. Never have seen one myself...
