Update: I've altered $TTY.CMD (one of the startup files) so it will set
SCOPE and LC INPUT for all of the KBs in the sim. Since I can't test it
without rebooting, which I can't do from here, you'll have to keep an eye on
it to make sure it runs OK. If it doesn't, the old file is stored as $TTY.OLD.
