Chuck Cranor fixed this problem and sent me a patch, so we've got this
covered.  If you're running the original Supnik simulator there is a
work-around.  After using the PTR once you can attach a second file by
issuing two commands: "reset ptr" followed by "attach ptr <file>".  The
"reset ptr" clears the DONE bit that was hanging RSTS.
