Some TELNET's have trouble sending Control/C to RSTS

If Control/C works correctly for you when connected to RSTS, you can safely
ignore this note.

If your TELNET client interprets Control/C as a special character, you
should change the interrupt character to something other than Control/C.
Most TELNETs have a "set interrupt" command. Use this command to set the
interrupt character to something like Control/Y. RSTS needs Control/C to be
passed through as a simple uninterpreted character.

Let me know if you have this problem, but can't change the interrupt
character to something other than Control/C. I'll have to create a special
work-around in this case.
