smaller rsts distribution

Greetings-

    I dug up my V7 SYSGEN manual and transcribed a condensed version
of the build procedure into a text file.  I also built a minimal 
system and a fully installed system on RL01s (5MB -- smaller than the 
60MB drive Gary used).  Bob has put all this on the web page
(http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mader/delta/downloadrsts.html) in case
anyone wants to try it.

ps- I've also got a number of basic programs from A.I. on-line from
	an old tape dump I did.  I'm in the process of passing these
	on to Bob.
