Did you see either of the MAXC machines?  I don't know if they were still 
running by then.

(PARC wanted to buy a PDP-10 to get on the ARPAnet, but Xerox wouldn't let 
them since they had purchased XDS nee SDS, so the people at PARC built 
their own... twice.  I know a DECie who worked on PDP-10 software who 
hadn't heard of MAXC until recently and he'd like to get more info about 
them.  There was an IEEE Computer article, I think.)

p.s. I hear there's a Linux with a GUI built out of the Netscape Mozilla 
sources.
