The 2025 Flexible Benefits Open Enrollment period runs from May 1 through May 16. This year, you will find the same great benefits and trusted vendors. To make your selections, you must log into FlexNet, UD’s benefits enrollment system. This is your opportunity to review or change your benefits, including adding or removing dependents, changing coverage for health, dental, or vision insurance, or adjusting your level of disability and/or life insurance.

Visit the Virtual Benefits Fair at udel.edu/benefitfair and attend an information session with the Benefits and Wellbeing Teams. Sessions will be held via Zoom on May 9 (10:30–11:30 a.m.) and May 13 (2–3 p.m.), and in-person at the STAR Atrium on May 6 (10:30–11:30 a.m.) and May 15 (2:30–3:30 p.m.). Parking is available in Lot 202 for Red Permit holders and above.
