Therapy Approach

My clinical practice is primarily based in human development theoretical frameworks. It is client-centered, supportive, and validating. Work is goal-directed based on the needs of the client. Feedback is provided and problem solving is encouraged using multicultural and systemic approaches.

Supervision Approach

My supervision style is developmental in nature. Supervisees are supported in their growth as a clinician working to increase their confidence and independence. Supervision also focuses on areas of competency as defined by NASW code of ethics and APA standards. Supervisees will be supported in areas of interest and theoretical frameworks.
