UDPT follows a rolling admissions process and it is highly recommended that applicants apply early. Candidates seeking consideration for admission to UDPT are advised to apply no later than the October deadline, preferably earlier. Waiting to apply by the December deadline is NOT recommended.
After interview Rounds 1 and 2, available seats may be limited. Anticipated interview dates may be canceled should the incoming class be at full capacity. Final decisions on all applicants are expected by early March.
Please Note:
- PTCAS opens to applicants on June 17, 2024.
- UDPT cannot review any application that has not been fully verified by PTCAS. It is recommended that applicants submit their application 1-2 weeks prior to the deadlines above to allow enough time for verification.
- UDPT cannot review any application without GRE scores on file. An official GRE score report must be sent to the University of Delaware (institution code: 5811) and can take 1-2 weeks to process. ·
- PTCAS application data will be transferred to the University of Delaware's graduate application system for applicants who have a verified application. Once PTCAS application data is imported into UD's graduate application system, applicants will receive an email from the UD Graduate College with instructions to create an account and complete the supplemental application. Please DO NOT create a UD account or start a UD supplemental application prior to receiving an email with instructions from the Graduate College. Applicants without a supplemental application on file will be considered incomplete and may not be reviewed by the UD DPT Admissions Committee.
